Capriole Consulting Group is a boutique retained Executive Search firm and has been on the Danish market for more than 10 years, providing search of executives, senior managers and non-executive candidates for companies in Denmark and abroad. Capriole Consulting Group has a broad portfolio of clients and candidates across industries, functions and levels. The founder, Birgitte Olrik, is a highly recognized & professional executive search consultant with more than 15+ years of professional experience.
Why “Capriole” as the company brand name..?
Within the classical horse dressage – a capriole is a type of competitive jump in which a trained horse leaps upward with all four legs off the ground. It requires energy, precision and determination – three keywords characterizing the values of Capriole Consulting Group.
Birgitte Olrik, Partner
Birgitte’s initial professional experience includes approx. 10 years in the Medical Device and Consumer Goods sector – initially with Coloplast A/S and later in senior positions (Sales / Marketing Director and Country Manager) at l’Oréal and Danone. Furthermore, she has been Nordic Country Manager for a French industrial group (Pechiney/Alcan) for 5 years.
In 2006, following the completion of a 2-year Executive MBA, Birgitte switched to the Search industry – holding previous positions with a.o. Korn/Ferry & Stanton Chase. She has completed recruitment assignments at both top and middle manager level within both B2C and B2B market. Birgitte has filled positions across the entire value chain with a primary focus on general management, sales/marketing/branding, E-Commerce, SCM, Finance and HR.
Birgitte is a graduate from Copenhagen Business School, followed by an Executive MBA, and is certified in SHL, Wave/Seville and Facet5 assessment programs.
